A Warm Welcome to Sutton Park Probus Club
Founded in 1998 and currently with around fifty members, the Sutton Park Probus Club provides an opportunity for the recently retired or semi-retired to continue keeping active, pursue interests and meet with others from professional and business backgrounds (the word probus being a portmanteau of Profession and Business), or who held positions of responsibility.
With everything from theatre and concert visits to short breaks away members of the Sutton Park Probus Club enjoy a full and varied social calendar.
Meetings and Social Events
At the regular meetings, invited guests speak on a variety of subjects helping to broaden the group’s knowledge of everything from local football clubs to King Richard III.
Our bi-monthly walks – one short and one longer walk each month – provide an opportunity to take in some beautiful scenery as well as enjoy a well earned lunch.
